Ms.Marriane Kemunto Ag. ICT Manager Biography Marriane Kemunto is an accomplished ICT officer with over 15 years of experience in information systems management, cybersecurity, ICT governance, and digital transformation in higher education. She currently serves as the Acting ICT Manager and Data Protection Officer at Kisii University, where she leads strategic ICT planning, information security, technology governance, and digital innovation initiatives. She holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of Nairobi, a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Computer Engineering from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, and is currently pursuing a PhD in IT Security and Audit at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology. Her professional interests include cybersecurity, ICT risk management, enterprise systems, and leveraging technology to enhance organizational performance and service delivery.
