Gordon Odongo Olala is Lecturer of Human Resource manageemnt in the School of Business and Economics,Kisii University Kenya.In 2022 he completed his PhD in Business Management specializing in Human Resource Management at Kisii University,In 2014 he graduated with Masters Degree in Business Administration specializing in Human Resource Management. In the year 2015 to 2024 he worked with Kisii University Migori Campus income generating Unit as a Academic team Leader and as Chairman of Research Department at the Campus upto May 2024.Dr Olala has been a member of Kenya University Quality Assurance network,A network for Quality practices in Kenyan Universities,he is also a member of East Africa Quality Assurance Network,He is a member of Institute of Human Resource Management,Member Number 07086. Dr Olala has innitiated several income generating programmes for Kisii University through training, to mention in 2018 trained South Nyanza Sugar Company Kenya (SONY) Staff which generated funds to Kisii University among others. Area of focus is Organizational quality training for effective and efficient service delivery Globally.Currently Dr Olala is back to Department of Business Administration Kisii University.
