Dr. Mboya has 27 years working experience in consultancy, teaching, research and management. He holds Phd degree of Moi university in area of Business management (Marketing), Master of Business Administration( Marketing) from Masinde Muliro university of science and technology, Bachelor of business management (Marketing and Human resource management), Higher national diploma in human resource management, Diploma in Technical education (Business Administration) and Diploma in Business administration. He has taught undergraduate and post graduate students in units such as Research methods, Contemporary issues in management, Marketing theory, Marketing management, Consumer behavior, Service Marketing. Strategic marketing, Integrated marketing communications, Relationship marketing, International marketing, among others Dr. Mboya has supervised many students both at Doctorate and masters level. Professionally, he is a member of Marketing society of Kenya and Kenya institute of management
